Equipment supply service commitment
1) After the supplier delivers the product to the demander for use, it shall leave an engineer to run the service on site for 7 days.
2) 1-6 months after the equipment is put into operation, dispatch service engineers every 30 days to inquire about the operation of the equipment on site;
3) 6 months after the equipment is put into operation, call back the operation of the equipment every 15 days; dispatch service engineers to the site every 3 months to understand the operation of the equipment;
4) Assign water quality testing service personnel to the site at least once a year to test the quality of raw water and finished water. If the equipment needs to be rectified due to the great change of raw water quality, the modification design service shall be provided free of charge;
5) The Supplier shall train the operators and technicians of the Purchaser and provide solutions to various problems to the technical personnel of the Purchaser.
6) The Supplier shall provide the Purchaser with long-term preferential supply of various chemicals and spare parts.
7) Do 24-hour service and arrive at the scene within 24 hours.
8) The urgently needed spare parts shall be delivered to the site within 1-3 days;
9) The Supplier shall keep contact with the Purchaser regularly to understand the operation of the plant, solve problems in time and provide technical support.
